Clan System

[Stonings]

- Clan system (look at multiclan) where you can create a named clan that you can invite players to. Create a config file that lets me change the max clan members.
- Clan system has 3 rank tiers - Leader, Officer, Member that have different permissions. You can view the clan by doing /clan <NAME>
- Clans should connect to a MySQL database (put this in the config also)
- The clan leader can create a clan base / home. All members can do /clan base to tp there (3-second teleport timer)
- You can type in clan chat by doing /c, /clan chat toggles clan chat on and off, clan chat should look like this: http://prntscr.com/sho6wl (the color of the player's name should change by rank) in the SS it's green for member, purple for officer and red for leader.
- You can do /clan info <NAME> (of the clan or the player) to look at a clan, it should show all of its members like this: https://prnt.sc/sho98d but clan stats should go below members and show the clan's total kills, deaths and KOTH captures (KOTH plugin has an API). Online members should be displayed in green while offline ones should be grey.
- People in your clan should have green names in their nameplates.
- Clan members cannot hit each other, or themselves.

Clan Permissions:
Leader - Promote people to officer, set clan base
Officer - Invite + Kick members
Members - Talk in clan chat, tp to clan base
