hello, I need a plugin which does the following things:

what I need is, that people choose the clan where to be, but that each one has its own land and that nobody of the same clan can build or destroy, also that in dynmap appears the zone of the user, and the clan info.

- Predefined clans/guild/factions/nations.
- users can enter the one they want
- clans can be changed with a cost
- the zone created by a user of clan X can not be edited by a person of the same clan, unless permissions are given
- the region of a user who uses claim appears in dynmap, with the clan data:
clan name, clan members, owner of the region...

Is it possible? How much it cost to develop?
