Hey, I notice this issue often so I wanted to make a post. I'm not staff and don't make the rules but I'm going completely off of what one staff member that knows the rules well said, and what the actual rules say. It seems staff are confused with their own rule regarding vouch copies.

The rule, explained:
As stated, you can not ask for vouch copies on a thread no matter what. If they say on the thread vouch copies are available, you must send the OP a private message asking for the vouch copy. If they state no vouch copies are given at all, then you should not ask them at all.
Here's a screenshot of a staff member, not going to name, telling me when I was warned for it, that you must ask in PM even if they state in the thread they are being given out.

I'm one of those people that report posts I see breaking the rules all the time, such as posting "GLWS" on every post, asking for vouch copies, etc, I'll admit it. Reports regarding vouch copies get rejected from staff fairly often as they are unaware how this rule works, so I made this post to hopefully clear it up. Not looking to start any drama, but I just wanted to explain the rule so hopefully they understand.
