Is it possible to report someone for
comming from mcm going in my discord and advertising scam servers?

I have there profile the ad says
"GW"
"Get a chance to win $25" when i click its a server host assumed its a scam there mcm profile is https://www.mc-market.org/members/234963/

What happens on Discord is not MC-Market's responsibility unless it affects the community or has the possibility of doing so.
In this instance, I personally do not think anything will be done. Your best shot is finding out who did it and utilize the feedback system.

You said it's a scam server, but what makes it a scam server?
