Clarify rule 8.5

Rule 8.5:
8.5 Do not engage in or encourage the purchase/sale/distribution of Minecraft cape codes

I see few people getting warned for talking about cape codes, and not encouraging the purchase/sale/distribution of them. Then there's arguments about whether OP has one and wants to sell it, then thread is locked.
We should be able to talk about cape codes without trying to sell them, it's either you add "Discussion/Purchase/Sale/Distribution" or "without the discussion of them" to the rule.
Just for clarification!

I would prefer that we stipulate that discussion of cape codes is not allowed, because at the moment people create appraisal threads asking how much they'd sell for, implying that they have one.

Cape codes are ridiculously easy to scam with and will not be allowed on MCM again, so I don't understand why we allow the discussion of them since it will just lead to scams.

I will open this thread once again to get more feedback, and tag aliensushi for his feedback.

As there was no additional discussion following this message I'll assume that there's not much more to add on top of this. Our current rules are fine, and discussing cape codes is just a really easy way to try to sell them on the site so we don't allow them to be discussed.
