Clarify staff obligations

So since there are now a number of people crying about staff not doing what they should, I would like for Mick (and/or the staff team as a whole) to officially clarify to the site as a whole what the staff team is 'obliged' to do, and what they are not. Since there may have been changes since they left
I will not offer suggestions as to what this should include, and I suggest you delete any posts from this thread that aim to do so.

I'd also like to make it clear that this suggestion is not really meant to be voted on (I won't stop you from voting though), since it's not really something the community gets to decide on. I'm only using suggestions to make sure it does not get lost in the paperwork.

Could you give me an example of a potential obligation? What sort of thing do you think needs to be clarified?
