Clarity - Staff Recruitment Thread
Greetings MCM,
Clarity Network is a brand new Factions and HCF based server. We are considering to hire few more staff members to assist us with Clarity. We have a great future planned for the server and we would like many of individuals to join us on this journey. The role that the individuals will receive is quite simple, each one of the hired members will start off as a T-Mod. Trial Moderators are required to monitoring chat, assist players, keeping the community satisfied, welcome everyone and help them feel involved.
Every month we will consider each staff member position, whether they deserve to get promoted or demoted. Keeping up great work will obviously lead to a promotion!
REQUIREMENTS:
You must be 14 or above.
Must have discord, and be able to communicate via microphone.
Must be active on discord.
Able to come online when required.
Past experience in moderating a server.
Must be mature.
Must be Professional
Each staff member should spend at least 30 hours per week.

STAFF POSITIONS:
Trial Moderator:
Most players will start off from this rank and build up the trust! Their job role is simply to monitor chat, help out individuals and simply keep the community happy. As a T-Mod, you're required to be on at least 4-5 hours a day minimum. We are looking for maximum 5 Trial Moderators.
Moderator:
You're able to apply for moderator only if you have had past experience in this position or higher. Job role for this rank is quite similar to T-Mod, however, they are required to give T-Mod guidance and help them to be the best they can be. As a Moderator, you're required to be on for at least 5 hours a day minimum. We are looking for maximum 5 Moderators.
Senior-Moderator:
Senior-Moderator role is also available, you may apply for this too if you can show you deserve this. Senior-Moderator's job is to make sure that the Moderators and Trial Moderators teams are doing their best they can and give a monthly report to the Admins on each one of them. If there are no staff online they are required to fulfill Moderator's job meaning moderating chat, keeping the community happy. Although Senior-Mod will not be easily available as it requires a lot of skills, you're able to apply for it, if you can show your worth. As a Senior-Moderator, you're required to be on at least 6 hours a day minimum. We are looking for 1 Senior Moderator.
APPLICATION PROCESS:
This is the process you will go through to becoming a Trial moderator and then a full Moderator on Clarity Network.
STAGE 1: APPLICATION:
During the application process, you meet all of the requirements below and have made your staff application on the document below. During this time you will remain active in discord while waiting for your staff application to be reviewed by our management team. If you are deemed not acceptable to be staff on Clarity, your application will be denied and you will be given the reasons why you have been denied. This serves as a reason to you why you were denied and gives advice on what you have to work on before re-applying. If your application is accepted then you move onto stage 2.
STAGE 2: INTERVIEW:
During this step, either I or the management team will contact you at what time is the best for you to conduct your verbal interview. You will be asked a series of questions and are expected to answer them immediately. This is so we know how you can answer questions in the heat of the moment rather than take all the time you need to write out a perfect answer in a staff application. This way we know if you can think calmly and clearly to answer our questions in the moment just like you will have to in-game make decisions in the moment when determining how/when to punish a rule breaker. If you fail this stage you will be told so and allowed to reapply again in 1 week, if you are accepted you will be given the role and you will have to prove yourself for about 2 weeks before getting promoted to a Moderator.
