So..

Judging from the image I think your friends were mentioning the little removable things that players get during special events. They're like trees that you can just remove and get a special bonus (gems, gold, elixir etc...). Other then that, there is nothing that a current Clash Of Clans player can't unlock except Skins from previous season passes which it looks like you don't have.

The account is unfortunately worthless as it isn't even a stacked account. IMO
