Class Plugin (Like the one on PvPWars? (Please Read)

Hi, so I am sure most of you know the server PvPWars, owned by WildX (Youtuber). Also Prevously Co-Owned by LandonMC. Who recently quit.

Basically, the GKIT Plugin on the server, is it a Custom Coded Plugin? As, I have seen a Similar plugin on other servers, and on some servers an Exactly Replica. Does anyone know what the plugin is called, is it custom? Or, is it a Free to use Premium/Free Spigot Plugin?
