I am an "OCD nazi" and some may find this thread snobby and obnoxious, I was hired by CleanHosting to write this and they agreed that this would be honest
Today I will be grading a few things.- Professionalism

Professionalism
I first got on and instantly went to their home page. I spotted a few grammatical errors. Their live chat operator was also a bit sloppy, as well as my PM conversation. I am a person who appreciates exceptional grammar & communication skills, so in this category I would not be a customer.
0/10
UPDATE: CleanHosting used harsh inappropriate language when speaking to their clients on page two of their thread.
Server Specs & Speed
I asked the live support operator about their specs. He claims they run:
- Intel Xeon E3
- SSD Disks
7.5/10
Overall Design & Usage
Their website, in my opinion, was confusing and hard to navigate. I appreciate a website that is easy to figure out. I think it would be a good option for them to approach a bigger and bolder layout, Klanx did a fantastic job on Aquatis's plans page, http://aquatis.host/minecraft.html .
7/10
Support
CleanHosting did have decent support, a live chat operator was there to assist me instantly. This was probably due to the fact that they knew I was reviewing them, but I'll let it slide. I must say he was a bit sloppy, unprofessional, and undetailed in his responses.
8/10
Other
They did have good cPanel plugins, including CPU monitoring. Their domain name is a .online, a fairly cheap and long one. For a startup this is okay, but as they grow I think a new domain name & website would suit them well.
8/10
Overall Grade: 39/100
CleanHosting looks like a startup company. They need to increase professionalism and design/usage. Their prices are great and they are a good choice for someone starting out web hosting.
