In the near future, we hope to expand into providing additional services which our clients will love and can use to benefit their business.
Benefits
The successful candidates who are shortlisted will be invited to a remote interview (online) and will be asked to answer a few short questions and a scenario question. The interview should not last more than 15-20 minutes. We expect high demand for this role so preferred criteria may be applied.

Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Organizing and executing assigned web development projects on behalf of clients according to client’s requirements
- Meeting with assigned clients when needed and designing UI/UX wireframes according to client's needs and wants
- Collecting information about the client’s business through a variety of methods
- Acting as a main point of contact for the client, providing general information and keeping them informed about the status of their project
- Liaising with all teams in the company (Sales, Management and Developers) to ensure client needs are met in a timely and efficient manner
- Assisting client with general research to ensure a detailed and effective website
- Maintaining client records
- Obtaining deposits and balance of payment from clients
- Issuing invoices and ensuring timely payment
- Understanding and promoting company programs
- Previous experience in a consultancy related role
- Experience with website wireframing (UI/UX) and related software
- Aptitude in creative problem solving
- Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills
- Professional individual with a meticulous eye for detail
- Experience using computers for a variety of tasks.
- Available to work on short notice (less than 48 hours)
- A commitment to excellent customer service.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills. Must be fluent in the English language, with excellent written and verbal skills.
Preferred:
- Familiar with the web development process
- Experience using CRM software such as HubSpot
