Client-side NPC Plugin [PAID]

Hello, I am looking for a client-side NPC Plugin. This should use data packs to make it client-side. I need it to have custom commands that allow an admin in-game to add commands to be ran when the NPC is clicked, or to set off chat, that is supposedly being said by the NPC.
