Well, we have not incorporated ourselves as off now, however as we do not keep profit i called us a non profit in the thread, i understand how this may cause confusion.

Please do not refer to yourself as a non-profit if you don't have status equal or similar to a 501(c)(3). I'd suggest clarifying that.
