Too dark in my opinion, though it seems like not being able to tell whats going on is a thing that many graphic artists go for these days xD so i guess you are on the right track. (just my opinion)

Overall looks good the text and the render is high quality. Render has a nice effect to it.

Tips to improve: Maybe add something happening in the background like effects and stuff or some lighting etc. With the text add some effects to it and it should turn out 100x better then the artwork is now

1 - Skin is bad can't judge you on that
2 - Background is plain black try adding a screenshot make it more colorful
3 - Render has a weird pose
4 - Sword doesn't fit the render // is not positioned right in his hand
5 - Render is bombed going to guess plastic wrap that kinda makes it weird.
6 - I personally don't like that motion//gaussian blur
