No, with the way plugins are dealt on here, ratings do not matter AT ALL. You buy a plugin, you test it, you pay. Why would somebody scam? There's literally no point what-so-ever. And why are you saying that it's worth to scam $20 if you haven't been active for 6 months and have no ratings?
