My name is Sean. I am currently looking for somebody to become our Staff Manager. The staff manager will lead the staff team which oversees all our staffing positions across the network. CrusadersMC is a new network in development and we are looking to release early January 2023. Our team already contains experienced staff members and we're looking to grow.
Staff Manager Responsibilities:
Ensuring all staff reports are dealt with and appropriately investigated.
Bringing new members into our team.
Ensuring all staff follow our guidelines.
Ensure the day-to-day staffing is held to a high standard.
A lot of work to not be paying someone don’t you think? I think it’s best if you took the position yourself until you can pay a good manager to ensure high quality work
