This isn't really the place to post this, but...

1. You can't bring any money to the table and expect 40% of a company by supplying 0 risk.
2. Sounds like you are using a Billing System / Control Panel combination, both take money and should be ran with someone who has quite a bit of experience. I mention this because you say you have little to no Linux experience.
3. If you can develop websites and discord bots, you should try to free-lance yourself out there. Get some clients, build a portfolio, and get some income that way. Perfect for people of all ages!
4. Playing on point three, you should look into working part-time, temporarily, or volunteering at a hosting company to gain insightful experience that will help you start your own in the future.

Gonna be working at a hosting pretty soon to get insight and gonna do free-lancing to get some money and I have a small portfolio which will grow.

Couldn't have said it better. There's no innovation in the market anymore. It's just a bunch of people thinking they're going to make a bunch of money.
