Gonna be working at a hosting pretty soon to get insight and gonna do free-lancing to get some money and I have a small portfolio which will grow. This isn't really the place to post this, but...
1. You can't bring any money to the table and expect 40% of a company by supplying 0 risk.
2. Sounds like you are using a Billing System / Control Panel combination, both take money and should be ran with someone who has quite a bit of experience. I mention this because you say you have little to no Linux experience.
3. If you can develop websites and discord bots, you should try to free-lance yourself out there. Get some clients, build a portfolio, and get some income that way. Perfect for people of all ages!
4. Playing on point three, you should look into working part-time, temporarily, or volunteering at a hosting company to gain insightful experience that will help you start your own in the future.
Anyways, best of luck on partnering up with someone.
If you don't have experience in the market, it's best to stay away from the market... IMO - There is no money in it anymore.
