I. Terms

By requesting a service you agree to be bound by the following Terms of Service ("TOS"), as well as all applicable laws and regulations. You agree that you are responsible for compliance with any local laws that could be applied by the state of New Jersey and the United States of America. If you do not agree with these terms, you are not permitted to use my services or any of my intellectual material. The materials contained in all items, such as Spreadsheets, Domains, Documents, Art, Conversational Material, Accounts, or anything else that I have provided to you, constitute Intellectual Property created by myself, SSH.

II. Use License

When purchasing a product or service from me (SSH) you are agreeing to the following terms:

[*]Payments are to be paid in full unless agreed otherwise.

[*]Once you have paid, refunds are not given unless I decide otherwise.

[*]I reserve the right to refuse service to anyone and stop providing products/services to anyone at any time.

[*]Chargebacks are absolutely not permitted and will be disputed and reported.

[*]All transactions you send are confirmed authorized by you and any payments noted 'unauthorized' are false.

[*]Any service and/or intellectual material of mine is to be credited or removed if asked by me to do so.

The license to which you agree will automatically terminate if you violate any of the TOS and may be removed by myself at any given moment. Upon termination of your viewing of materials or upon the termination of this license, you must destroy any materials given from myself to you, in your possession, whether in physical or electronic format.

III. Possible Modifications

I (SSH) may change these terms/agreement at any time without any notice. By using my services you are agreeing to be bound by the then current version of these terms of service.
