Hello all,

If you have a professional, well built, well managed server, and are looking for someone to manage you community, I am an option to consider.

Background

I have been playing this game since 2015 and most of that time has been spent as a staff member on various servers. As stated, I've been staff on multiple minecraft servers, but some of the most notable ones are LuckyFeed which I spent about two years at before it closed, which peaked at 300 players back in the day. This is where I found community manager was the position I enjoyed. The other server that gave me staffing experience was blockdrop network, which peaked at around 600 players when I was moderator. I resigned from blockdrop because I believed the owner was not willing to do the best of his ability to help his staff. Was a Trial-Mod on popular server ViperMC - helped me learn about professionalism

What I Specialize In

I enjoy managing minecraft server communities. Here are some jobs I do well when managing the community

  • Creating announcements on both discord and forums
  • Responding to support request in game, discord and forums
  • Helping in the brainstorming of future updates
  • Managing social media accounts
  • Being professional and unbiased when talking to members
  • Assisting staff members when they have questions
  • Setting up events in game
  • Setting up giveaways
  • Occasionally looking for advertisement possibilities such as youtubers or other ways
  • Being at the front end of complaints when a bug is found or when something goes wrong
  • Creating polls to ask for the community's opinion
Other Information

  • I have a working microphone (Blue Snowball)
  • 16 years old
  • NA time zone ( although currently in vacation in France)
  • Can be on a server about 5 hours a day
  • Can manage discord, forums and social media services about 3-4 hours a day (not including the server time)
  • I do not require payment, I do this because I enjoy it
  • I speak English, French, and have 5 years in middle school/ high school Spanish
Why me?

This was never about ranks and permissions for me, I truly enjoy this position. Even if there are disrespectful people in the community doing this job makesy time go by fast. I am dedicated to this job as a community manager and it honestly never gets boring.
