If server owners look over your thread and don't see your experience, they don't have enough time to add you on disc then wait for you to respond. Your experience is one of your key priorities in your thread.

Just list your experiences in the thread instead, if you don't like talking about them in a thread, just list them instead, no need to elaborate, try providing proof if you have it too.

A lot of people click on management threads to see what experiences you have, and what of those experiences you can bring to the server and their staff team. You didn't include any of that which will make people instantly click of you thread. I'm not here to hate, I am helping you.

Case in point. Do not hire this kid. He will subvert your directions and exercise his personal agenda, not to mention the bullshit he may say about how he deserves every rank under the sun.

This dude held our teamspeak permissions hostage and tried to make himself unbannable. Among other things, here is what he is known for on our network.
- Questions the decision of every person, especially those above him.
- Insinuates that he is better for the position he wants. (He continuously hinted to me that he would have made a better staff manager than me on ExemPVP, on which I am the staff manager and he was an admin. He gave me a bunch of shtick about how our owner should have given him a chance over me. He publicly demanded a promotion to Staff Manager and claimed that he deserved a chance.)
- He always talked about how mature he was, and how he was always next in line for a promotion.
- He consistently made efforts to cause problems in the staff team. He took every order and direction with a grain of salt, and complained to the owners when discipline was noted due to him being disrespectful and ignoring guidelines.
- He caused chaos on our discord when he claimed that he was being Swatted (that situation in of itself seemed highly suspicious; he noted that the police were outside his house, but he continued typing for about 10 minutes afterward, which is highly inconsistent with how a police raid normally goes.)
- He continuously made threats about me "regretting my decisions" and saying that he would have me demoted.

One of the realest replies I've seen on MCM in a long time. You can't expect to be taken seriously when you can't even format your thread properly, much less when you decide not to actually fix it right when you realize how terrible it looks.

Look kid, you currently have no reputation on this market whatsoever, and zero rep to us means that you are not at all known, for your services. giving no description of your experience or more importantly a resume adds to the fact that you are not experienced in the management sector. It's funny that you as a manager have only two strengths, one of them being activity which is already a criteria for management. Overall, the thread itself is very badly detailed, and gives me a feeling that it was most likely rushed.
