Time Frame: 2 Weeks Factions Alliances(FactionsUUID Addon):
I would like to have a factions alliance plugin made where factions gather under an alliance & fight other alliances.
I would like there to be relations (only truces, neutral & enemy) along with relational placeholders (Placeholderapi)
A factions alliance chat where players under the same alliance could talk to each other
A alliance points system & leaderboard where alliances are ranked. Points can be added/removed to alliances through command.

Region Captures:
Alliances can attack regions (pre-set by server owners) which if successful can grant them points every 3 hours.
To capture a region, a player will essentially need to capture a 10 minute koth non-stop.
Allanices can attack can declare a region war every 2 days & there is a 2 hour delay before.
Once a region is captured, the alliance can set a shield, where they can choose which 8 hours they can be attacked (for ex: they can choose to be attacked from 12pm to 8pm or 10am to 6pm etc.)
