Being that the server is fully customized, there must be SRC's included to the plugins if the code is encrypted, right? It's not in the document, but are they included anyways?

In the section of the document where you describe the procedure of the deal, the last part worries me. Are you saying you're selling the name, builds , graphics, domain but deleting the server from the dedicated server?
