Devouch. Oscar hired my friend zack some money to setup his VPS (install some packages, etc), but failed to make any payments after the job was completed. He also was paid by friend Josh to work on a plugin, but dropped off the face of the earth after he was paid- later we found out he got a junior development position at mineplex, of course his position was terminated, as he lied about most of the fields on his resume. Even talking to him personally, or in a business like manner, he never fails to mention his girlfriend who seems to dictate his life and distract him from all productivity.

He has had rough times in life, as has everyone else. Get to know him, and you'll learn to see his true potential. Don't judge a book by its cover. Read in between the lines. Research about what you just read, an learn from it. He knows what he is doing and is excellent at it for his age.
