Description: This is like the veltpvp prefix plugin, there will be a /prefixgrant command and it will display a GUI with all the prefixes, when you click one, it will be granted to the player.
Commands: /prefix (opens a GUI so you can select between the prefixes that you have) and /prefixgrant
Supported Version: 1.7.10 (Spigot/PaperSpigot).
