Hello,

So there's this on your profile:
upload_2020-3-21_7-11-32.png

I know it's a small thing, but if there could be two or three different statuses it would be great. I have another SR coming because of an impersonator and someone visiting my profile but doesn't decide to look at the report itself might assume I'm difficult to deal with and had issues with payment or whatever.

I suggest to have the ff:

Resolved - this is the typical SR wherein the two parties come to a resolution
Invalid - fake sr or not proven? idk
No reply - where the reporter(?) no longer responds
Impersonator - SR where it's proven that the scammer was an impersonator

LMK what ya'll think. Maybe only apply it to the old SRs that are appealed as well as future closed SRs.

This is an epic suggestion, very nice.

This was already developed and implemented. (Development workflow)
That said, there was no way for us to apply it retroactively through automation. Anyone with a scam report that was closed due to impersonation or their identity otherwise being unconfirmed, create a support ticket and ask for it to be updated.

Sparko, I’ve gone ahead and updated yours for demonstration’s sake:

Ah didn’t know that! However don’t reports take a long time to be processed? Is there not a way to add more prefixes in the SR section instead? (I’m assuming the report status in your profile is connected to the SR prefix)

It is directly connected to the SR prefix. A ticket is required so that a scam resolver can manually review the scam report and apply the most appropriate prefix, if the current one is not the most appropriate. Doing this will update the status on the scam report tab.
In your case, I changed your scam report prefix from "Closed" to "Unconfirmed". You can confirm this by visiting the scam report.

It’s worth noting that adding more statuses is not as simple as creating more prefixes.

I think changing it now would be better in the long run, assuming a fair amount of people would want their SRs labeled properly.

Regarding the discussion going on here, I suggest instead of migrating the old system, just let it rest, and from now on label scam reports going forward. Old scam reports should remain as they were, there really isn't a way to re-categorize them all.
Yeah that’s what I meant in the OP, unless people request the old ones to be updated ofc.

I think that the solution we went with works plenty well for this. Rather than us going through all 300 pages of scam reports and categorising them one-by-one, simply doing it as requested has worked well enough in my opinion.

Denied, thanks for the suggestion
