Introduction
​

Hello MC-Market, I am HQPots otherwise known as Charlie, if you prefer to use a person's forename.
I am here to offer you a relatively cheap management service for smaller or larger servers, please bare in mind the price of these services can vary dramatically dependant on what is involved and what expectations a manager of your server, or the server you are representing may currently have.

About Me:
I have developed a good experience in the management of Minecraft servers, forums and staff recruitment over the years. Working for a select few servers, and i am currently wanting to turn this into more of a profession than a hobby.
I am wanting to build portfolio before adding a larger price tag to my services. So all the prices can be negotiated. And can be paid in a recurring weekly/monthly payment. or a larger, one-time payment.
I have also experienced myself with the basics of coding, and a high quality level of configuration work. But this is an optional trait i may or may not add into the service dependant on the offer & payment you can provide, and what stage your server is currently at.

What I can offer:
I can bring a lot to your server, anywhere from basic administration and organisation, to management of stores, in-game aspects, forums and more. But please keep in mind, the more that is required from me, the more i will request that you charge.
I have a large amount of experience in the management and checking of staff members, and making sure the ratio of staff to players is acceptable, as well as maintaining the well being of staff members, and making sure they are not abusing their powers to a malicious extent.

Why you should choose me over others:
You should choose my management services over other management services on this platform, not because of my experience. But because of my attitude. I pride myself on always having a positive and constructive attitude on the whole, no matter of what situation may come to the table. I try my hardest to keep calm, and cool during tense and situations that may be stressful to others. I have a lot of dealings with tense situations, and i am fully acquainted on how to properly deal with them.

Pricing:

I offer management in-return for a Vouch dependant on the size of the server or your reputation.

I try and make my prices very reasonable to the work and effort i put in, so if you are looking for something cheaper than what i am offering, you may desire to look somewhere else.

Small Management Level: This is forum or staff management. And i will not immediately offer too much in-game support other than what is needed to maintain staff members. This service is priced at a minimum of $2-$4 Per/Week, $5-$7.50 Per/month and $20 One-time.

Complete Management services: This level of my management service includes everything mentioned above, excluding configuration and a basic level of development. This includes advanced and dedicated management of staff, support to players, and learning the ins and outs of your specific server to help improve the experience for everyone, i will also try and improve the levels of staff related abuse in your server to as minimal as i can possibly get them. This service is priced around $3-4 Per/week, $10+ Per/month or $30 One-time. This service is also more desirable if you are running a large server or server network and need a full-time manager to help you manage all your staff applications, players and bugs that need reporting.

Configuration & Basic Development: I am currently honing my skills, and this plan will soon be available to the public, i am not allowing it to be purchased yet due to me wanting to sustain a quality of work i have been working hard to keep.

In all honesty, I do not like putting a price on my services, so all my services prices can be negotiated and tailored to your personal budget. Because i am aware some peoples budgets may be higher, or lower.

Thanks for speaking some sense - I am 100% confident i do what i do well, and that in time some people will begin to see that.
I have learnt from experience, a lot of people are here just to waste peoples time.

After speaking with the user, they are definately someone I would recommend for the Manager position. Huge vouch.

After accepting him with warm hugs on TheHoax he was fine, a while roles on and he griefs our spawn. Huge devouch.

As BonjeM stated he was accepted and welcomed, after awhile he had resigned for a "better gig". He still had the same perms as he did as staff and for some reason decided to grief TheHoaxs spawn.

As well stayed within our community as a member after a demotion, still had access to server permissions and griefed one of our many backups for spawn, luckily I am one to have multiple copies of everything because of behavioral incidents as so. Otherwise, vouch for his work, devouch for his attitude after resignation.

A Server that uses downloaded builds, And has no proof of development after nearly a month, that also pays nothing for me to stick around, isn't really my kind of place.
