Yeah, it was the spawn that WAS on the server, but I deleted all the schematics before I sold it, than the Admin griefed it.. so No one else currently has that schematic besides me, I'm selling it for $10 under the builds section. Also I want provide it, I would but this user has tried to scam me saying he will charge back, and he made false claims saying the server didn't have a 8+ player base which is complete bull crap as the second he bought it there were 9 people on.

So that's a scam all in its self. if you sold the server with that spawn then why are you reselling the spawn.. I think he has the right to do a chargeback.. maybe not for the player list but for sure the fact that you are reselling spawns seems like you removed the schematic because you new about the grief or you was the one that did it.. Real jerk move

I sold him the server with the spawn, the administrator griefed the spawn, he doesnt have the spawn, he never told me I couldn't resell the server files, but he doesnt have the spawn anyways so it doesnt matter.

no it is mcprohosting, I'm not reselling files if he didn't have the files in the first place.. and do you legit have any proof that I scam?

Well he did have the files.. the files was the faction server that he currently owner witch had the spawn that you are currently reselling, maybe ya didn't make the agreement not to resell, but just on the fact that you removed the spawn schematic from the server files then his spawn got griefed then you decided to put it up for sale on hare.
