Prices
The pricing can really vary, it highly depends on the size and level of detail requested.
50x50: 20-50+USD
100x100: 60-120+USD
150x150: 80-160+USD
200x200: 120-220+USD
250x250+: 150+USD
All the prices are very flexible and may be adjusted to your budget. Each order takes between 2-14 days, depending on the type of the project.

Terms and conditions
No chargebacks. No unapproved refunds.
You may sell the commissioned build, however do not sell it without my agreement.
After you give me full details of what you are ordering and we agree on the price, 50% of it is paid. In the building process you are able to give me suggestions/critiques/tell me what to add to meet your expectations. Once the build is completed you will send the second half of the price and I will, in return, send you the schematic or the world save (depends on your choice).
