I am searching for talented marketing managers today for my Minecraft server, Vuhx.

Spoiler: About Vuhx

Vuhx is a 1.16.4 OP Prison server with Open World Survival and MMORPG integrated within it's gameplay. The first 10 ranks of the server are like any other OP Prison server. You mine blocks, you earn money, and you rank-up. At rank 10, you unlock access to the Mainland realm. In the Mainlands, you can take part in the Open World Survival portion of the server, with land claiming and it's own economy separated from Prison. Also in the Mainlands, you can partake in quests that give you Vuhx Credits as rewards. Vuhx Credits can be used within the Prison realm to purchase various boosts such as eTokens, Sell Multipliers, Pickaxe Boosters, and Crate Keys. You must also complete a quest line taken from the Mainlands before moving up every hundred rank (IE: In order to rank-up to 100, you need to complete the Beginner Quest Line within the Mainlands, and to rank-up to 200, you need to complete the Intermediate Quest Line). The Mainlands also have various custom mobs, items and NPC quests that give you crafting recipes for various items.

At rank 25, you unlock access to the Helmchen within the Prison realm. The Helmchen is where the player can partake in more of MMORPG style of gameplay. Whilst the Mainlands only gives you a limited amount of Vuhx Credits from quests, the Helmchen can offer unlimited Vuhx Credits (Of course, it's quite a grind!)

There is quite a bit more that Vuhx features that I did not add to this thread, because I want any potential marketing partner to get a feel for themselves of what Vuhx gameplay is like. I am constantly adding to the server and only trying to make it more enjoyable for players of all types, casual & competitive!

What am I looking for?

I am looking for an individual to seek look for YouTubers to record, or stream on Vuhx.
Here are some requirements for the ideal content creator for Vuhx.
» English language based.
» Entertaining content.
» No more than 1-2 other partnership deals with other Minecraft servers.
» Has a following between 1,000 and 10,000 subscribers.
» Genuine about the content they create.

If you are interested in being a candidate for this position, do not just use MC-Market to seek out these content creators. I will be looking through MC-Market myself to search for content creators. I would prefer you use search engines and filters on YouTube to find the perfect creators to join Vuhx.
I handle payment differently than the majority, as I pay per commission. Meaning, if you bring me a content creator who I do not accept for Vuhx, I will not pay you. However, if you bring me a content creator who I recruit for Vuhx, I will pay you the exact initial pay as the content creator. I say initial, because every video/stream deal I make with that YouTube after the first deal, I will only give you 10% of the pay. (IE: If I recruit a creator you bring to me for $60 for 3 videos, you also receive $60, but if they agree to another $60 3 video deal, you will only receive $6. Why not more? Because this will be a permanent implication, meaning if I continue to bring them back for more deals, you will keep receiving that 10%!) I do this because I've seen a lot of marketing partners use malicious tactics to earn easy money. This ensures that whomever I recruit as a marketing partner will select only the best creators, and it will be worth while in the end for them. All transactions From Me to the Marketing Partner will be in PayPal Friends and Family. Any potential candidates are expected to have a resume at the ready and to have had experience in this field before.
