Hello, MC-Market community!
My Minecraft network, Vuhx, is currently recruiting administrative members.
Vuhx is a multi-game mode Minecraft network, we currently have no servers online right now, but we are currently working on Prison and Survival.
To start, we value Schooling, Family, and Mental Health more than our server, so please, prioritize those first.
We do not have a "You can only be an administrator for our server" rule.
We only ask that our administrative members dedicate the required amount of time to Vuhx | Minecraft.
Our Administrative applications can be filled out via Google Forms.
We want to give all of our administrative members leadership experience, communication skills, quick thinking skills, and real-world scenarios.
We expect all of our administrative members and applicants to be professional,
but not "too professional", you know what I mean...
People who apply are expected to provide detailed answers to asked questions.
Any person who is an Administrative member of Vuhx will not be able to play the server legitimately, they will have to use an alternate account.
This is not a server to expect to score your first administrative position on, you're expected to have previous experiences with administrating.
Do not apply to Vuhx | Minecraft if you're inexperienced or are just looking to make a few dollars. We're only looking for the best long-term candidates to hire for our administrative team.
Administrator Requirements
» Working microphone
» Willing to dedicate at least 2 hours or more to Vuhx on weekdays.
» Willing to create and use a Trello account.
Administrator Bonuses & Perks
» Payment for working on Vuhx. Payments will be discussed privately if you are accepted. Payments will be sent only through PayPal G&S.

Administrative Details
Income is based on the administrative role.
Developmental Administrators are paid a percentage of the server they're working on. Payments will be bi-weekly.
Community and Social Media administrators are paid bi-weekly determined payments.
Architect Administrators and Programmers are paid by commission.
A set salary will be determined once/if Vuhx generates more than $2,500 weekly. (This applies to Community, Developmental and Social Media administrators)
Administrators will not receive any payments until the first week after the release of our first server.
The Administrator position on Vuhx | Minecraft is different from other servers, as we don't have our Administrators handle everything (Bugs and Glitches, Content creation, Web store, Discord, etc). Instead, we break them up into groupings and hire for those specific Administrative roles.

» No payments will be given as "down payments". If you're afraid of getting scammed then don't apply, or we can create a contract through a MC-Market conversation that states if any scam is attempted out of payments, a SR can be created. Treat this as any regular job. You work then get paid.
» No service teams will be brought in to complete server work, it is up to the Server Manager and their two selected Administrators to complete any and all configuration for the server.
I will not pay a third-party service to complete server work.

The Architect Administrators will be in charge of handling any architecture that is built on Vuhx, these are the primary people who get to decide what goes where and what needs to be built and the terraforming in and around the structure(s) created. The Architects Administrators will be briefed by the Development Administrators on what needs to be built, the time frame in which the project should be completed, and the Architects Administrators and Finances and Legal Administrator will determine the cost.

Community Administrators are also in charge of the staff team on Vuhx | Minecraft. Community Administrators are also our Staff Managers, they are in charge of our moderation team to ensure they're doing their job productively and making sure no one is abusing their power. They're also in charge of handling staff misconduct situations and reviewing Jr Moderator applications.
