Why have you decided to apply? (In Detail): With my experiences before I can offer a lot of dedication and hard work to your server and community. I have run into problems many times and I know how to fix them when it comes to fixing them.
I use to own my own company on the spigot forums where I sold many servers to people that had what they wanted to be configured in it, so I am very good at configuring many files (If you would like to see the feedback from these people, please find and add my skype located below).
I am very familiarized with enjin and XenForo and what they can offer, every time a new update comes out for either of these companies. I check the update logs of where I can come in the update and what I can provide with the update.
I am able to offer my new banning policy to servers and community. This policy will provide fair advantages to new and existing players. My policies always work and they have never stopped players from joining the servers.
I will find players that live on the other side of the world to be staff so that the server is up and running with staff 24/7. This will help protect your server while the main staff are offline and are not able to protect your server.

I was a moderator and promoted to an admin within a month, players enjoyed what I provided and how I provided it. Unfortunately, I had to leave the server because It was shutting down and on another server I was a Guard for 4 months and then I was promoted to a moderator, 3 months after myself being promoted the owner of the server couldn't fund the server anymore and it was shut down by the host.

Why have you decided to apply?: I would like to apply for your server, because Summer Break rolled around the corner (finally) I have enough time from dawn to dusk to be on your server. I am a hardworking person that can be on your server for a LONG time everyday, ban the hackers, punish the rule-breakers, and be there when anyone needs help on your server. I've been a Moderator, Head-Moderator, and an Administrator before, and I have A LOT of experience with being an Administrator especially. I've also been a Server-Manager on a cracked server before. What a Server-Manager does is the Server-Owner will give you Putty (to fix Server-Crashes) and WinSCP (to upload/remove plugins).
I am a Java Developer with a STRONG background of developing. The coding languages I know so far is XHTML, CSS, C++, Python & Java. Why I am saying this, because if you don't wanna spend your money on BUYING Plugins you can come to me and I'll make a plugin that you want for your server without having to charge you. I have developed a lot of Minigames, Anti-Cheats, and a lot of the necessarily Plugins for a Minecraft Server, and anytime of gamemode.

Do you have Teamspeak and Skype: I have both TeamSpeak & Skype, and I have what's called Discord. I do have a microphone to speak with other players, however it's broken and I will be buying one AS SOON AS POSSIBLE. Please PM me on MCM to get my Skype!
Do you have any experience with server Moderation?: I have a lot of experience with being a Head-Moderator, Moderator, and a Administrator. My talents of being a Staff Member is overall very good, because I do KNOW the difference between hack's and skill's, I know how to calm down VERY HEATED SITUATION, and more important self-explanatory things. I know a lot about servers itself like how to fix a Server Crash, how to dedicate more RAM, and more.
