Well To Start this off ill Start of with my Staff application I used this for a server I applied for 2 days ago and its pending but I'm removing it later today

I played a server named Hydra or formally known HydraHCF, and on that server, there were a bunch of other game modes including Factions,. I played a lot of Prison and and before I migrated to HCF, and Hydra was really special. I usually don’t donate to servers but when you see that I have donated to a server you can tell I am dedicated.
When I staffed Hydra it had approximately 200 players average (100 at night, and 300 during the day). I applied and got a spot as a helper and after a month I got promoted to moderator. About a year and a half of staffing as a mod, the owner came to me and said the senior staff team was considering promoting me to an Administrator. I enjoyed my time for about two years but I resigned after having 1-2 senior staff not trusting me because I was falsely banned on both Kohi and Badlion (unbanned now btw) and because I was slowly being inactive and spending most of my time with another server ( HydraPvP
). With my time at the server, I gained tons of experience in helping and being patient with players. I also learned a lot on staffing a server. From this experience as a staff member, I quickly learned a wide range of new skills that I can apply to this server. Things I learned from this experience is scanning hackers, fixing griefs or rolled back insides, monitored chat, enforced the rules, accepted/denied player reports, accepted/denied ban appeals, responded to support tickets, discussed things with senior staff. With scanning hackers, I used their format in scanning (which wasn’t very good for finding ghost clients), so I decided to throw in a way of scanning to find such ghost clients. Rolling back griefs and fixing insidings was a very common thing to do, we used a plugin called core protect and I used that to roll back griefs and insidings, or to simply lookup block history. With monitoring chat, I usually left it up to the helpers to do, but when there were none I obviously did it on my own, I let the helpers or myself warn, kick, mute or in some instances ban people for breaking certain rules in public chat. I obviously enforced the rules by warning, muting, kicking, and banning people for various things if they break the rules. Accepting and denying ban appeals or player reports was a very common thing. With it also being a common thing I would have to be very active on the forums. The majority of my time would be doing that. But if I had spare time and I was on the forums, I would interact with the community. Responding to support tickets was very much like accepted and denying ban appeals or player reports. I would either fix the problem or tag someone with a higher authority that could. Every so often we would have staff meetings. In these staff meetings, we would discuss things that happened in the community and upcoming changes, we also discussed things that would be either suggestions or concerns.

Bringing skills and abilities that will make you stand out is a big thing. My skills and abilities that can possibly include activeness, chat monitoring, fairness and an unbiased opinion, maturity, rules, scanning. Most of the time I would be sitting in the support waiting room waiting for help, but I would sit there for 30 or more minutes and there would be no help. Normally when I wait close to an hour, the problem subsides and I usually try fixing it myself. Bringing this issue to hands, I will be able to be active in TeamSpeak as well as on the website. TeamSpeak is something that I can be on whenever I am free and on the server. During the summer I am able to be on either early in the day or late night hours, and because my time zone, I am able to be on until 12 – 1 in the morning EST to help people that live on both sides of the country (people that stay up late for EST, and people that live on the west coast). Just like TeamSpeak, I am always on the forums when I’m available, if not a little more because it’s mobile. I'm always browsing the forums during school or very late at night and checking everything out even though I don’t post on everything. That’s what I can bring to the community, activeness. Most of the time I see that players can be toxic in chat. Myself as a player can't stop everything, so I’d like to contribute in helping to keep the chat clean. I would make sure that chat is clean of anything that should not be said by looking out for personal info, server IP‘s, TeamSpeak IP's, etc. I can handle problems in chat by myself if needed. I would not be that type of person to warn a person for being toxic after only one swear posted in public chat. That’s what I can bring to the community, chat monitoring. I am a very fair person. Yes, I do select favorites, but that's because I'm human. When I work or when I'm an authority figure I can push that aside and pick the best approach to a situation. I can bring fairness and an unbiased opinion to the community. I am for the most part a calm and collected guy. I usually don’t get toxic in the TS and don’t get mad and staff or players for the most part. But if I do step out of line and I notice that I’m being rude and obnoxious, I step back and rethink things and try to deal with the problem more effectively and mature. If you don’t call that maturity, I don’t know what is. With my past experience of staffing, I learned how to scan along with a handful of other skills. But since it's been a few seven months staffing I am a bit rusty so I can always learn and improve my skills more if I do get staff. I will be able to bring my prior experiences to the server.

I am just a 14-year-old from uk that tries to be the best mineman I can be. Things I enjoy outside of the internet are mountain biking, skiing, hanging out with friends, school surprisingly, and motorsports/offroading. I used to play football and soccer, playing these kinds of sports makes me feel confident in saying I am a strong leader as well as a team player. I am a very laid back young man that is also surprisingly very family friendly. There is only one reason, and one reason why I say I'm very very chill, that reason is because I take insults like a boss. Ik, ik, the reason I don't stand up for myself is because I don't have good enough comebacks.. （≧∇≦） I cannot do roasts ;-;
Anyway, I would be extremely thankful to the staff if they do decide to give me a shot at trying this. Not only that I am dedicated to this server but I will do everything in my power to help out.
