Depends on how many players, how much ram the plugins are using (if you have plugins that use excessive ammounts for unnecessary things, remove them). One thing to take into account is that if you do a "grand opening" and there's a lot of players on at once, if the chunks in the world have not been loaded, you'll experience quite a bit of lag while your players load them for the first time. Other than that, you shouldn't really notice any lag/tps drops.

Oh okay, I normally load in all of the chunks up to my Worldborder anyway so I assume I wouldn't expect to have lag spikes.

Is there any you can recommend from https://www.nocix.net/dedicated/ that I can consider too, I also see that they sell them with Ubunto pre-installed etc which may save me time.

A 16gb dedi can't handle 100 players? It can handle more than that. As long as you're not using excessive amounts of ram on useless things, everything should work flawlessly.

Do you think going for that $22 is a good enough deal that will serve me well? It doesn't seem like a bad price as long as I can have my Minecraft Server and BungeeCord on the server on it. Also, can I use my I.P with it, on the 25565 port of course? Sorry, I'm not very experienced with dedi's.

When you have dedicated host you have 100% access to modify the server. You can set the port to any you want. and host unlimited servers.
