Whats needed? ( all these aspects need to be in the 1 plugin)
- MobRewards: When you kill a mob it will do a command and give you whatever the command is set as in the config!
- MobHeads: Allow you to sell mob heads, (/sellhead) or be able to create a sign thats says Sell Heads and you can sell all the heads!
- MobStack: Allow you to set which mobs you want to stack in the config and which dont.
- MobDrops: When you kill a mob it drops their head!
- Cooldown: Set a timer on eating god apples, and a timer on throwing enderpearls!
- NoWeather: No rain, snow or night always day time with clear weather.
- StackedPotions: Allows you to do /pot and it will stack all potions in your inventory.
- NoCraft: Make it so you cant craft certain items, id like it so i can edit the items in the config.
- Breaker: Obsidian and Bedrock breaker, allows you to set how many tnt hits it takes to break each block.
- Sponges: Stops water and lava from flowing over the sponge. Used on most faction servers!
- Deathban: Deathban the player when they die, time can be set in the config. With a Bypass permission! The only place they will get deathbanned is out side of the warzone, if they are killed in the warzone they will not be deathbanned.
- ClearLag: Clears all entities including mobs.
- JellyLegs: Take no fall damage when you have the required permission!
- SandShot: No sand allowed above sky level!
- SilkTouchSpawners: Break spawners and them drop!
- MenuMOTD: Not even joined the server motd, editable from the config.
- List: Shows all group with a custom message in the config to edit it.
- Rules: All it is, is an editable in game message in the config.
- Help: All it is, is an editable in game message in the config.
- Ranks: All it is, is an editable in game message in the config.
- Buy: All it is, is an editable in game message in the config.
- TokenShop: This will probably be the easiest thing to do i need it so when someone does the command (/ts) it will execute the command (/tokenshop shop) instead. its just a shortcut for the command (/tokenshop shop)
- XP: Xp goes straight which means no stealing xp.
- FactionsTop: List the top 20 factions on the server by the value of spawners/blocks placed, spawners and block values can be changed in the config.
- CombatLog: When you hit a player or a player hits you this will be enabled and if you log out before the timer runs out you will be killed. If your outside the warzone you will be deathbanned for the deathban time.
- Blocker: Simple command/plugin blocker
- Broadcast: Automessage broadcaster, messages edited in the config.the delay per each message needs to be 5 minutes.

All aspects can be toggled on and off with (True/False) in the config.

Id like to be able to edit all the messages and items, times ect in the config.

If possible id like to only have 1 config and you just label what each thing is for.

Like RedYo said, this is worth more than $100, I wouldn't do it for less than $200 if you wanted every feature custom. All those features you specified are in free plugins, already made, so why waste your money on something already made just to have your server's name in the plugin when you can use the money on something unique to help your server?

Money isn't a problem, I'm going for all custom plugins, and there will be plenty of custom features. Thanks for giving me a range on how much it is going to cost to have it done.
