Today I am here to talk about the services I provide to work on YOUR minecraft server, and better yet (most if not all) my work is FREE! I am doing this new approach as I'm trying to see any offers before I move into a paid positon (This is YOUR chance for 100% FREE services).

What I offer:​

• Staff Management: Hiring,Trainings, Promotions, Demotions, Arranging staff related events, public/staff meetings (if necessary), documents, keeping track of staff on monthly or weekly basis - if you have any other ideas I would be happy to hear!
• Development: I am currently doing mostly configurations and plugin/server setups, however if you need the occasional plugin coding I am available for that but my free services specialize in plugin/server setups and any other configurations (Any kind of server).
• Ownership/Co-Ownership: I have had experience running a server in the past making thousands of dollars before I had to close, if you need someone to help with ownership/co-ownership I would be happy to help!
• Community Management: I strive to make small communities into large ones and if you need help I have many contacts and am very good with working with different clients to also help with investments

Availability:

I am available on about 8-12 hours weekly, I like to put a lot of time and effort into the jobs I do for others (if you have any questions feel free to let me know!)

Just a side note - I would love if you already had a playerbase and an uprunning server but if you don't have a server up quite yet I will be willing to do post-server work but I would rather work on a server that's up and running and has at least a 25+ playerbase!

I've worked twice with Jacob, I would not consider him mature enough to manage a network. He is very immature and does not know how to run a server smoothly. I would not hire him. I can provide proof if needed.

As said by Centuries I do not want other people being manipulated. Him and his friends sent me death threats such as "I'm going to slit your throat" then decided it would be fun to message me "don't [BLANK] with me"[DOUBLEPOST=1486318862][/DOUBLEPOST]So please do not act like you're innocent.

This server owner is by far the worst owner you can find. He is immature and treats his staff team like crap.

Okay so firstly you're not a "friendly person" you and your server management told me "I'm going to slit your throat" and "don't [BLANK] with me" this is friendly? Also, you can devouch someone through comments you don't have to PM.[DOUBLEPOST=1486641480][/DOUBLEPOST]Also, please do not say you've made servers with thousands of dollars. You have a downloaded server currently and have had it for over a month and still haven't opened. You also of a tendency of making 11 and 12 year olds that are immature Management positions such as Owner, Co-Owner, Manager, Developer, etc.

I have never said anything of that sort to you so if you would please post HELPFUL feedback and not complete lies, I'm sorry you got demoted on the server cause of (abuse/going against staff terms), you even came into the chats having your "friend" re-add you and spamming advertisements and inappropriate links. You had a fair demotion so please stop complaining and telling lies because before you left you were a nice guy but once we demoted you, you turned savage.

Okay so you think I'm lying even though around 5 other players said the exact same thing. Okay? Also I couldn't care more if I was demoted as I resigned and how could I abuse when the server wasn't even out yet. Also inappropriate links? I was giving proof to your other staff members how immature your management is and how young you all are.

all right dude, but seriously 4/5 people who devouched were from YOUR party, they are all your friends so pretty much only 2 people have devouched :/ secondly inappropriate links doesn't always mean not age appropriate it can also mean not appropriate for the server staff chats, and you did go against server staff terms, this is the last time I'm arguing with you
