IN his defense you refused to pay him and gave him trouble even he was nice enough to do the video first before pay, Videos are done better when the server owner is cooperative in your case you just gave trouble and days without pay which is very untrustworthy and unprofessional. To get results you have to at least work with the youtuber and not just bash on him the whole time.

Deadlox offered me one free video, since he took too long to upload one of mines. I polietetly asked him to give me one. Waited a month still no response. He ignored me and stopped talking to me. This is a long time ago, but Deadlox still might remember it.

I know right! He really tries to hard to earn more money. In a about one year at max. His channel will most likely be completely dead.
