Just a normal prison server with normal public plugins. Does not need to be custom. Needs to be cleanly configured.

I can build the mines myself but my friend can build the spawn and pvp arena,[DOUBLEPOST=1434489321,1434489289][/DOUBLEPOST]and like I said, I really just need a list of plugins to use for my server.

If you don't even know the basic plugins a prison server needs, you probably shouldn't be owning a server (IMO)

Well I somehow got forced OP'd on my server when it first started, no staff and only 'big plugins' like factions and essentials..
