With this community they only put value on how many players you have on your server at the time you are trying to sell it.
Most people try to sell way to long after their community has left.
My advice, build your community back up to 20-30 players on during peak teams and you'll add more value to your server.
Spend 2 weeks building up 10-15 moderators and they'll do the promoting for you to their friends.
Then come back and you'll have something worth selling.
