We are currently requesting staff for our server Seonix Network. For now, Server isn't opened! We currently have 1 developer but we need more of them! We also searching for staff that have alot of knowledge, 15+ years old, have a good grammar! We have a custom chat, ranks and we also doing forum and site for the server. We are paying regulary for the server , we have a good anti-cheat.
Developer requirements:

• Demonstrable experience working on / patching minigames
• Deep understanding of CraftBukkit/Spigot
• Skilled in NMS development and hooking directly into vanilla code
• Has creative and fun ideas
• Experienced with working with the protocol directly
• 30+ hours a week
• java

Staff requirements:

• 15+ years old
• a deep understanding of plugins
• alot of knowledge from other servers(we need a proof!)
• Have alot of fun ideas
• Know's how to work with forums

Hello Dqcuments,

Heres some suggestions to grab more attention from any skillful individuals you're looking for.

One could be disclosing more information about your network, you don't have to released classified information but just give the users a brief description on what you have to offer and how it's worth the time for any interested staff applicants.

Secondly you've just joined today, not many people here on the MC-Market know what you're capable off. I personally would like to know more about your envision of the server and what experience you might have as well.

There are many threads like this and I could state tons of suggestions to them. Theres more I can add but I'll just summarize it like this, add more detail.

You aren't the only Ultra Network, The ultra that usually has 200 players + online most of the time is the real one owned by MineHQ.

You want a unique server yet you're using the same name as a server that has hundreds of players online a lot. I think you should change the name or people will get confused. Also it's going to be too hard to compete against them when you have the same name.

We won't even compete to other servers, people won't get confused at all! players aren't playing only on minehq right?

People will get confused when they hear Ultra Network as they'll think of the one owned by MineHQ and not yours.

As I said, alot of players don't know MineHQ server, it isn't that popular thought
