If you offer value how about changing the website's main page to an actual website instead of the portal home of WHMCS?
Your template includes an one page site.

Just a general suggestion, makes everything look a bit more valuable. :tup:

I'd say both of these users agree your post contributes nothing to this thread as you DO NOT offer services in the desired location nor did you suggest any realistic alternatives.

How about in regards to somebody comparing MCProhosting to other hosting in which you responded with simply:

Your domain was registered on the 2nd of July. You have NS2 setup to your IP but NS1 is setup incorrectly. You've already launched your Minecraft shared hosting and encountered numerous issues... Could you please tell me how your infrastructure is not new and could you please inform me on how you managed to screw up the configuration of your name servers?

No sensitive information is being sent to your Multicraft panel? What about client login information - do you not consider this sensitive information?

In all seriousness, you should really try and contribute useful posts rather than spam your own brand because I can assure you that clients will appreciate that more than what you're doing now.
What are you doing to contribute? We can go on forever about how our company provides a legitimate value to customers, but let's go over how you think hosting companies are not allowed to post stating to try our services? The information you are seeing is incorrect. We can guarantee we offer more value to those around and heres why:

1. We listen to the customer and their needs clearly and sell them something they actually need instead of a set list of nothing, which is why we reach out to every customer after a purchase or before.
2. We provide every customer with the chance to voice their feedback, just like you are voicing your feedback.. this allows growth for not only us, but for our clients as well.
3. We work with some amazing people to roll out amazing features to our customers, we're not a child run operation. We have actual lawyers, actual employment and actual registration.
4. Along with providing us feedback, we will provide a solution with this feedback in whichever way we can. We operate with major corporations to collaborate and bring to light new ideas and solutions to every day problems.

PS. we have been a registered corporation for over 2 years now.

We simply have extended an offer and it seems people have gotten quite upset we offered anything.

Our legal entity was established in 2010 with the intention of actually helping people. We operate under our corporate company which in all honesty has all means needed to support clients as needed. As for client information, there's no other data. Through our years of actual experience we know just how to make something that people can actually enjoy which is why it's promoted. Those who nitpick will always be let down by the quality we offer. "the panel contains no sensitive information.

Good, you're being transparent but how about correcting this utter disregard for client's data and throw an SSL onto your Multicraft logins.

Please, I couldn't consider applying towards any company that lacks such common sense and has such a blatant disregards for even basic security for its clients.

How about providing some proof of your business being registered? Nothing on your site even suggests you're a registered business. I don't have an issue with hosting companies stating to try them but they should at least be offering what the original post is requesting.

Please let me know when you and these major corporations manage to collaborate a way to correctly identify the needs of a request thread and respond accordingly if you match said criteria.
