I just want to say that I disagree. Most Developers on MCM charge less than they could for the work done. MCM has this cool thing called low balling and as everyone wants clients, the price falls.
I won't tell you what you should make as your pricing but you are getting low balled too.

Small Edit: It is, of course, good to start with lower pricing and raise it from time to time. But still, 3 USD for a site is too less.
