I'm going to be honest and correct me if I'm wrong but, I don't think you can provide a good or service in return for reputation on the website.

I love hwlping communities, however, I want to gain vouches and reputations as well. It doesn't mean I don't want to help. A while back this person decided to apply for a network by the name of Kingdom Crashers, and his application had been accepted. It came time for me to interview him, as he stated that he did not possess a microphone. After reading our rules to him that we require a microphone for a verbal interview, he suddenly found one around his house (emphasis on suddenly). After connecting to our voice channel, the person's real age unveiled to be 12/13 and he had left in the middle of the interview.
Shortly after, I had joined another project and found him there, trying to apply for a staff position, and telling the staff members he had no microphone, basically trying his old tricks on new people.
Conclusion: This person would hurt your server more than it would help it, recruit him at your own risk.

Yes, that happened to me, although it wasn't me that applied. The person that did use my experience, and my application on the server but lied about his age. Which really was 13. I and this person had a fight, and he decided he can "revenge me" like this. I know it sounds ridiculous but It's the real truth. This person was using my account when I was not home, and only then do all those kind of stuff. He also applied on few other servers with the same information and lied about his own freaking age.
I really beat the crap out of him, as you can understand the person was my brother.
Yes, I know, again, you may find it funny, but it's not. I am dead serious. My brother was jealous of me staffing on servers so I allowed him to use my computer for his own needs since he didn't have one. When we got into this fight I wasn't home, was traveling for a few days with my friends, then, he used my computer, my own resume, and applied on servers. Which he lied on all of them about my age.
Because of that, I got denied on many servers because they didn't believe me, and I bet you will not as well, however, I am really telling the truth. I tried to tell but I never understood how, because I knew you will not believe me.

I'm not even going to take the time to write a huge response, I'm just going to say that the excuse you're giving me, all of your potential customers, and the entirety of people viewing this MC-Market thread is very sad. Some might refer to it as the oldest trick in the book in-fact, but as I've told you in a recent personal message, there is nothing that could convince me otherwise than the truth that I heard with my own ears.
And the little bit about some petty revenge story you've got going on in your head? Get over yourself. As if I would take that much time from my day to think up a revenge plot just to come back at you, when I haven't even got a reason to. You lied, and now you're trying to use simple tricks to try and get out of it. I don't know about anyone else here, but it's certainly not going to work on me.
