He asked for decorative prison mine. This was the finished product.

Right before I started building, he told me his developer will check on me, and then billy left the server for that day. I asked him throughout the build if it looks good so far, he always said yes. Before building we agreed on a price of 25$ I think. I take 50% upfront before every build.
He then told me he only mountains with a hole in the middle. Which didn't match anything he asked for. Even though I asked the developer what he wanted me to add throughout the build, and he recommended trees and decorations. Yet, after Billy said hes sorry to not make himself clear. He removed me from Skype, I added him back, then asked if I could build another mine with only mountains. He then told me no, he already removed everything. Then I asked for the other half of payment, and he said no.
When I asked to redo it your way, after you rudely removed me from Skype. He said no. So I did try to finish it. It wasn't like It would take long, That mine took one night of building.
I only did half? As you see the mine was finished in 1 night, then you asked deleted me from Skype and when i asked to redo it your way for the other half of money, you said no.
Overall, I don't think he would've paid 25$ for just a mine with mountains around it. It would've tooken 5 minutes. Therefor I think he did that on purpose to scam me half price for a mine.

Write up a fucking scam report then. This only happened over a month ago and on a different website. But this is still very reliant information thanks for posting this!
