Hi there.![]()
1. You do not have the right(s) to sell the website(s)
2. You do not have the right(s) to give the website(s) away
3. You do not have the right(s) to claim the website(s) as your own or someone else's
4. You can request to have adjustments made, however, it is not guaranteed that I can do it. I will do it to the best of my ability though. Furthermore, updates will be given out throughout the process. However, if you are not online, I will not give you updates.
5. After I do everything you wanted me to do on the initial website, I will ask if you are happy. If you say yes, you will then have a week from the moment you say yes to request any changes. The changes will only be addition of images , text and links , I will not change the design completely.
6. If you do not communicate with me regarding the design(s) you want, I will stop working on your design(s).
Regarding Vouch Copies please contact me on Discord
Hi there.
I noticed something that didn't seem right on your thread which was your pricing. $1 USD for a page seemed way too low for writing a lot of custom code. I mean, I couldn't pay one bill with that. So I decided to investigate how you were offering these sites for so low.
The I found out that the sites in your portfolio are just templates.

You're not writing any custom code. If you're going to edit templates and sell them, I'd recommend that you state somewhere that is what you're doing. I hope you're not trying to trick customers into thinking they're getting a custom website. You may also want to state it somewhere on the website as well and give credit to the developers who actually made the template you're editing.

it is not a template it is a website builder he is using to make the website.Hello there,
I see that you are clearly just using templates for all of these websites, the components and how it is layed out proves it. In addition, $1 per page is way too low. I would like for you to shut down your thread, as you're trying to scam people with a template.

He still isn't writing any custom code, is he? He's not making custom websites. The website builder he's using literally has the exact same style for every website. Plus, you can still download the templates from https://mobirise.com/blocks/ , which is what he did. Not even sure if he used the website builder.it is not a template it is a website builder he is using to make the website.
yeah i know i was just trying to correct you there saying template.but it is true he is not writing the codes. He still isn't writing any custom code, is he? He's not making custom websites. It really irritates people like me that spend hours and hours writing code to perfect a website yet someone like this, downloads a program, clicks a couple of times and turns it around for a profit. Does that seem right to you? It doesn't to me.
OP isn't making custom websites and should mark somewhere that they are templates if they wish to continue with their services. Otherwise, they're tricking customers into thinking they're getting their own unique website when they're not.

it is not a template it is a website builder he is using to make the website.
That explains everything
You offer a website for a Thread Design
Your website is designed really HQ, more HQ than the quality most Thread Designers on here offer.
To make such a great design you need good design skills. If you can't make a Thread Design yourself then it just about proved something sketchy was going on.
Theirs an agree button for a reason, you legit just rewrote what 1amDev said.
There is no need to be rude, I left an agree reaction.
