I suggest adding more detail on your previous experience(s) as well as explaining what jobs and tasks you'll handle... i.e. Just hiring, training, staff guidelines, etc.
Also, a lot of people are skeptical of hiring others that are your age. You should explain how you compare to those older and more experienced, as well as explain how you're more qualified than similar aged people.
