Hey there!

I'm looking to possibly hire someone to make a (1.8) chat plugin for me. Here are the specifics:
- Legacy Factions Relational Placeholders Compatible (the colors of the faction that is shown in chat will change if they are enemy, truce, ally, etc)
- PlaceholderAPI and MvDW Placeholder compatible
- Some sort of player username placeholder (like, %player%, {player}, {username}, etc)
- Permissions EX Group Formatting
- Able to reload itself
- Supports symbols like ☯, ✡,», etc
- Some sort of message placeholder (like {message} %message%, etc)
- What the config should at least kinda look like: https://hastebin.com/yivikamequ.pl
I don't want your regular paste like "Visit us on discord for a price" and things like that. I want a price and any other extra info that I might need to know.
