He wants someone to buy in. Buy ownership of the server from him. And work with the other owner.
I am not allowing you to sell or use any of the following plugins that I have created for the server including the custom spigot.
All plugins you have listed and the custom spigot that follows have been created by me and xXkguyXx I can provide full proof of ownership. I was never even paid for the plugins or the spigot in the first place and I am definitely not allowing you to resell/reuse my work without permission or payment.

The user has redistributed this work already without my permission and has sold it to other users for his own profit with promise that I would receive a % of the payment, which I was never given.

I can vouch for this, He has and nor will have permission to sell any of these plugin, including the custom spigot. If any evidence is needed feel free to message either me or zFrost87.
He still listed the plugins, which he does not have permission to resell or list them anywhere, due to us this user scamming us out of them.
He's allowed to list them
They're not his, he scammed me and zFrost87 out of our time, and then trys to sell them for his own benefit. He has not asked me or him if he could sell them with the server either.
He Isnt selling the server, they are a part of his server still, even if he scammed you
The work we did for him was our property, not his and they were not under intention to be a part of the server itself but as our work sold to him individually. You aren't allowed to sell premium plugins with servers as they do not have permission to use them, so why should you be able to sell scammed commission plugins that they do not have permission to use either?

File a scam report rather than thrashing a thread, your friend listed it once that this may be a possibility. If he did or didn't do it, file a scam report and let MCM staff handle it. Also any proof should be brought out directly on the forums if it's not too sensitive, I doubt many people will go looking to you to get the proof that you claim to have.
We are currently doing that, second of all we weren't trashing this thread. I was just backing up my fellow developer. One of the users missed key information reading the thread.
