Payments:
Streamers with average of 500-1000 Views $10/Hour
Youtubers with average of 500-1000 Views $10/Video

Prices can be discussed.

I'm sure 500-1000 views on twitch would be atleast $300 per hour

That 23k sub YouTuber probably isn't a "YouTuber" might be botted. And if he is you got it ridiculously cheap. 500-1000 views on twitch is at least $300 an hour.
