Criticism isn't the key to improving. Practice and forwarding tips are. No artist ever got better from someone saying they're incompetent. It's better to give someone tips and advice rather than saying "Your art is shit, change this".

When did I say he is incompetent or "your art is shit, change this".

I didn't say you did. I was using it as an example. Also, you said he wasn't "able to make it". That is the same as calling someone incompetent

I said he wasn't able to make it because he wasn't able to make it. I don't doubt that the guy has talent, his other work is great. I don't see the big deal really. I've already private messaged him apologising for any upset I may have caused.
